Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical SME for Alvaria OnQ
Support business-as-usual (BAU) operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration changes
Analyze, understand, and maintain existing OnQ scripts, rules, and configurations
Provide hands-on technical guidance to delivery, operations, and vendor teams
Support OnQ integrations with upstream systems that supply calling lists
Ensure execution of business rules, logic, and file processing
Manage and troubleshoot file-based or automated handoffs to Genesys Cloud (GC)
Diagnose and resolve scheduling, data, and integration issues across platforms
Configure and manage:
Contact list automation
Recall and retry strategies
Time-zone management
Scheduling and dialing rules
Support outbound contact strategies similar to List & Campaign Management (LCM) platforms
Unblock stalled or delayed initiatives by providing strong technical leadership
Enable client and internal teams through:
Knowledge transfer
Technical walkthroughs
Documentation of configurations and operational flows

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Alvaria OnQ (formerly Aspect OnQ)
In-depth knowledge of OnQ scripting and configuration
In-depth knowledge of scheduling, recall logic, and time-zone handling
In-depth knowledge of contact list and outbound campaign automation
Experience integrating OnQ with upstream data sources
Exposure to Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS platforms
Solid background in outbound contact center technologies

Preferred

Prior experience working in or with Dialer Operations of Canadian enterprises
Experience working with List & Campaign Management (LCM) products
Experience supporting large-scale, regulated outbound environments
Exposure to telecom, financial services, or collections use case
