Responsibilities
Design and develop Workday PRISM analytics solutions to meet business requirements
Configure and maintain Workday PRISM datasets, dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday PRISM
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PRISM functionality
Provide guidance and best practices for Workday PRISM implementation and usage
Qualification
Required
At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle
5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Application
Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP processes, reports and analytics, suggest best practices
Proven experience as a Workday PRISM Consultant
Strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools
Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM datasets and dashboards
Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred
Workday PRISM Certified
Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge
Experience with Workday integrations and data sources
Knowledge of Workday security and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with advanced analytics or BI tools integrated with Workday
