Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
Oversee systems for data collection and monitoring of key performance metrics (KPI’s) such as:
On-time delivery
Internal production metrics
Customer return rates
Supplier quality performance
Coordinate the creation of product-specific documentation for customers as part of the PPAP process
Manage the RMA process, including communication with customers
Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
Develop and support an internal audit system
Lead collaboration and coordination with Engineering, Production, and other departments to improve product and process quality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in high-mix manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of CAPA and NCR management
Strong knowledge of Inspection methods and tools
Strong knowledge of Engineering drawings
Strong knowledge of Structured root cause analysis techniques
Working knowledge of quality systems and methodologies (e.g. 5S, Lean, etc.)
Strong project coordination and resource management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience in electronics manufacturing setting preferred
