Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting and analysis
Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, AR/AP, and cash management
Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Manage cash flow, working capital, credit, and collections
Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to translate financial results into actionable insight
Lead and develop the finance team
Qualification
Required
Senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience
Someone out of office furniture industry
Strong background in financial reporting, controls, and cash management
Experience partnering directly with executive leadership
