Responsibilities
Compile billing summaries, detailed reports and statements for both Part 121 and Part 145 work performed in Oscoda, Michigan as well as by field service teams in other locations across the Globe
Prepare and submit to accounting department billing summaries for both Part 121 and Part 145 and for invoicing to Part 145 customers as dictated per contract
Maintain current files, records for Part 145 customers and their contracts, current and past billings and update files as needed. Also maintain current and past billing for Part 121 as well as all field service summaries and billings
Compile and Report to accounting department various other statistical data as required
Balance and report monthly revenue to accounting department as well as maintain running yearly revenue along with tracking account receivables for Oscoda revenue
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent certification
Solid working knowledge of Excel
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word
Self-motivated
Possess analytical skills
Good written and verbal skills
Able to work within established priorities and timelines
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English
Preferred
College education
Work experience in accounting
