Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day Salesforce operations
Maintain and update Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities in Salesforce
Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts
Assist in sales pipeline management and deal tracking
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth sales execution
Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance within Salesforce
Support quote creation, order processing, and contract documentation
Troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues and coordinate with admins when needed
Assist in onboarding and training sales users on Salesforce best practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud preferred)
Strong understanding of sales processes and lifecycle
Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Admin / Sales Cloud)
Experience with CPQ, quoting tools, or order management
Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Experience supporting global or enterprise sales teams
