Mid LevelCPG Canary is the commercial viability and strategy engine for CPG food & beverage. They are seeking a front-end developer to migrate their product interface from Streamlit to React/Next.js and to enhance their marketing site, aiming to create a polished SaaS experience.

Responsibilities
Architect and build a React/Next.js front-end that calls our Python backend via API
Transform dense analysis output into a clean, digestible interface
Polish the marketing site — tighten the hero, improve visual hierarchy, build trust signals
Build responsive, performant UI components
Collaborate directly with the founder (me) on product decisions
Qualification
Required
Portfolio with B2B SaaS, dashboards, or data-heavy applications. This matters more than anything else
Strong React/Next.js experience
Experience with marketing sites AND product UI
Strong CSS skills — you care about spacing, typography, and polish
Someone who asks 'what are users trying to accomplish?' before 'what colors do you want?'
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML product interfaces
You've built your own product before
You understand CPG or food & beverage (not required)
