They are seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing support through efficient communication and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiries
Take incoming calls from Technicians/Delivery Drivers and provide servicing and dispatch support
Timely and accurate managing of the service and delivery call scheduling and dispatching
Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction
Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accounts
Filing of customer documentation in appropriate folders
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience operating a multi-line/function phone system
Must possess general knowledge of applicable codes to assist technicians
