Responsibilities

Work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed
Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician and coordinate with all other disciplines
Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required)
10+ years of experience
Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the I Codes (building codes) as we perform projects in many different states and jurisdictions
Strong technical design and construction document skills
Well-developed project design and planning skills
Excellent graphic presentation skills
CAD experience. (Revit, Sketch-Up, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
