Sales Development Representative
Fortis Executive Search is a cloud security startup looking to build its go-to-market team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting demos, and engaging in sales conversations with both technical and business buyers.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified pipeline for Enterprise and Mid-Market AEs
Prospect into security, cloud, and infrastructure stakeholders
Run outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone
Conduct discovery and early-stage demos
Handle deeper qualification and value-based conversations
Partner closely with AEs, Solutions Engineers, and leadership
Qualification
Required
1–4+ years in SDR / BDR or junior closing roles
Experience doing more than top-of-funnel discovery
SaaS background required; cloud or cybersecurity strongly preferred
Confident running demos and leading conversations
Curious, coachable, and commercially sharp
