Responsibilities
Collaborate with NCP stakeholders to effectively manage all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Facilitate project scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking of deliverables
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Lead Scrum ceremonies for multiple project teams and coach them on Agile principles to promote accountability and continuous improvement
Work with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of priorities and alignment with business objectives, while integrating customer requirements and market intelligence into project development
Prepare consolidated reports and presentations to support project direction and departmental strategy, while analyzing market trends and customer feedback related to gas turbine projects
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Long-standing experience in project management, ideally within the energy or industrial sector
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze market and customer data and translate insights into actionable project plans
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred
Experience with large-scale, cross-functional projects in a complex technical environment is a plus
