The Setup / Delivery Technician is responsible for assembling, prepping, and accessorizing powersports vehicles for showroom display and customer pickup, while also supporting the sales floor during busy periods.

Responsibilities
Assemble and prep new units (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft) to manufacturer specifications
Install accessories, perform basic maintenance, and complete PDI (pre-delivery inspections)
Ensure units are clean, safe, and showroom-ready
Load and unload trucks, new unit arrivals, etc. using fork lift
Assist customers on the sales floor with product information and selection
Help with upselling accessories, extended warranties, and service plans
Support special events, promotions, and seasonal sales efforts
Maintain showroom organization and merchandising of units and gear
Move units in and out of the showroom and service area safely
Perform check-in and condition inspections of arriving units
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the setup and showroom areas
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude or experience in powersports, small engines, or related field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and self manage workloads
Forklift and trailer handling experience, minimum 1 year
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to stand, walk, and handle equipment throughout the day
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Manual dexterity throughout day
