Automotive industry experience is a top priority (ADAS, autonomy, robotics, or related AI systems strongly preferred)
Hands-on, production-level experience using PyTorch (must be able to clearly articulate practical implementations)
4+ years of professional Machine Learning Engineering experience at an AI/ML-focused organization
Strong understanding of state-of-the-art techniques in behavior learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision
Proven experience training large-scale foundation models (e.g., VLMs, text-to-video models) using distributed training and advanced optimization techniques such as: Quantization, Mixed precision, Model parallelism, Data parallelism, & Fully Sharded Data Parallel (FSDP)
Advanced proficiency in Python and strong software engineering best practices, including: Unit testing, Documentation, Code reviews, Continuous integration, & Dependency management
Experience with data pipelines, model serving, optimization, cloud-based training, and dataset management
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, seamlessly switching between rapid prototyping and robust, production-ready implementation as needed
