Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain comprehensive expertise in Private Lending's product suite
Develop and implement the overall servicing strategy and framework for the co-invest product, aligning with regulatory requirements and business objectives
Effectively manage multiple tasks, including daily exception reviews, escalations, and project work. This requires the ability to prioritize tasks based on risk and regulatory requirements, and to adapt to changing priorities as needed
Provide accurate and timely reviews and approvals of customer drawdowns, covenant monitoring, profile creation, and other tasks to service a loan
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding specific queries, data reconciliation, and operational workflows
Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate the execution of money movement by way of capital calls and distributions across multiple platforms while navigating exceptions throughout the life cycle of the loan. Throughout the process of cash management, effectively communicating with stakeholders as well as operational counterparts such treasury
Oversee and optimize workflows across various platforms, ensuring seamless data integration and efficient processing. This includes identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing automation where possible, and maintaining data integrity across systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated client service abilities, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to handling time-sensitive and confidential tasks
Experience managing a functional area and associated processes
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders across different divisions
Highly self-motivated and proactive team member with strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing effectively and taking ownership of projects
Adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure within a collaborative team setting
Strong project management, multi-tasking, organizational skills, problem solving and analytical thinking
Desire to be part of a dynamic and growing business
