Administrative Assistant
APCO Signs is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. The role involves maintaining organized files, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, and managing benefit inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and communication skills are utilized.

Maintaining all files in organized manner
Assist with recruiting and onboarding
Assist with benefit questions, auditing invoices and preparing forms
OSHA certified and conduct safety training
First Aid/CPR certified
Run Errands
Assist with organization of events
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail oriented; attention to detail critical
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills; able to interact with all departments
Experience in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines and work with highly confidential information
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Bi-lingual - Spanish
Able to take direction
Strong organizational skills
Valid Driver's license and good driving record
Must have the ability to exercise sound judgement related to assignments
At least 3 years administrative experience in a support position
Preferred
OSHA certified and conduct safety training
First Aid/CPR certified
