Responsibilities
Work closely with senior engineers on impactful projects that improve our products and services
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
Deliver incremental working software and contribute to test automation each sprint
Implement and test key components across our product ecosystem
Apply engineering best practices including unit testing, integration testing, automation, and code coverage
Participate in peer reviews for code, design, and testing, and learn from experienced engineers
Debug and resolve complex issues affecting customer experiences
Contribute to team discussions around continuous improvement and engineering excellence
Gain exposure to real-world software development workflows, tools, and processes
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java/J2EE or Spring Boot
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset
Passion for solving customer problems and exploring new technologies
Preferred
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a bonus
