Senior Human Resources Business Partner - PST/MST Time Zone

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to assigned business units, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with organizational goals
Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
Translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies and HR initiatives
Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide insights on organizational capabilities and talent implications
Lead talent acquisition strategies for assigned business units, partnering with recruitment teams to attract top talent
Design and implement succession planning programs to build leadership pipeline
Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on effective goal-setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement
Develop and execute learning and development initiatives that build critical capabilities
Create retention strategies for key talent segments and high-performers
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and legal compliance
Conduct thorough investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions to workplace concerns
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture
Analyze engagement survey data and create action plans to address improvement opportunities
Serve as escalation point for sensitive employee matters requiring discretion and judgment
Lead organizational design initiatives, including restructures, role clarifications, and reporting relationship optimization
Drive change management efforts for significant organizational transitions or new program implementations
Facilitate leadership development programs and team effectiveness sessions
Build manager capability through coaching, training, and development resources
Support culture transformation initiatives aligned with company values and strategic direction
Partner with compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices within assigned business units
Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary adjustments, and incentive program design
Manage annual compensation review processes including merit increases and promotions
Ensure HR programs and policies are effectively implemented and consistently applied
Maintain knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple states
Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and measure program effectiveness
Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into workforce metrics
Monitor key indicators including turnover, time-to-fill, engagement scores, and performance ratings
Present data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement
Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company
Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA
Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required
Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
Healthcare industry experience
California Labor experience
Ability to work/operate a work schedule in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zones
Multi-state HR operations experience
Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Experience with change management methodologies and organizational development frameworks
Background in talent acquisition or recruiting strategy
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Proven track record developing and implementing successful talent and organizational strategies
Experience managing complex employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
