Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of product and technical initiatives within the assigned workstream
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business and product goals
Collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams to translate requirements into functional, high-quality deliverables
Track project progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and proactively drive mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery
Facilitate clear communication and coordination across cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Gather, document, and help prioritize requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives
Support user testing, feedback sessions, and iteration cycles to improve product functionality and user experience
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuously improve project execution processes
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a strong background in technical project management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within product-driven or technology-focused teams
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Passion for technology, media literacy, and combating misinformation
