In this role, you will oversee operations related to building enclosure, structural systems, and building code compliance while managing a team of professionals and driving business development.

Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers, architects and project managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Oversee all operations related to Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence and/or Building & Code Compliance. Projects may involve:
Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal preparation, technical report reviews, and departmental P&L performance
Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading marketing initiatives in this market sector
Partner with internal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring the group remains staffed for success
Qualification
Required

Preferred
B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
