Responsibilities
Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars
Track WIP from development through shipment
Monitor ex-factory and delivery timelines
Daily email follow-ups with overseas factories
Support bulk production approvals
Track production status and risks
Track and ship lab dips
Monitor shade bands and wash submissions
Assist with bulk trim approvals
Ensure testing submissions are on time
Track and ship wash approvals and shade approvals
Support packaging + labeling compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel production or a related role
Experience working in the denim account industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
Proficient in using NetSuite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Preferred
Exposure to Walmart Private Label programs
Understanding of denim wash development
Knowledge of shade bands & lab dips
Experience working with overseas factories
