Compliance Manager
McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is one of the largest providers of comprehensive substance use disorder treatment in western North Carolina. The Compliance Manager supports regulatory excellence and quality care by assisting with the daily operations of the Compliance Department and serving as a key resource for clinical compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the Compliance Department in alignment with federal, state, and accreditation standards
Supervise, train, and support Clinical Compliance staff
Conduct clinical compliance audits, including record reviews and incident reporting
Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership
Guide staff on confidentiality, records management, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
Track corrective actions and distribute monitoring results to stakeholders
Assist with policy and procedure development and maintenance
Serve as liaison with regulatory and accrediting bodies
Support OSHA compliance through the Hazard Communication Program
Serve as back-up to the Director of Compliance and Co-Chair the Physical Plant and Safety Committee
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with 5+ years of clinical compliance experience or bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience
Supervisory experience in a clinical or compliance setting required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Preferred
Compliance or quality-related certification
