Responsibilities
Inbox Management: Monitor and manage email accounts for key team members, ensuring important messages are flagged and general inquiries are answered promptly
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure the team stays on schedule
Customer Support: Address incoming customer questions and resolve basic issues or route them to the appropriate team member
Administrative Support: Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support agency operations as needed
Help with Proposal Creation & invoicing
Manage calendar and schedule appointments
Qualification
Required
Highly organized
Impeccable written communication — clear, concise, and friendly
Comfortable using project management tools, email platforms, and collaborative software
Ability to work well independently in a remote environment
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Manager, specifically within a creative or agency environment
