Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, from ideation through execution, across multiple product lines and technology stacks
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering Leads, Compliance, and Wealth Advisors to define and prioritize digital capabilities
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards
Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met across distributed teams
Proactively identify delivery risks, manage mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls
Champion user-centric design and measurable improvements in client satisfaction, engagement, and adoption
Define KPIs, track program health, and present executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Should have hands on experience in Squad Management, Estimation Management, Resource Utilization Management
Qualification
Required
10+ years in technical program management, preferably in financial services or fintech; 5+ years in client-facing digital platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification a plus
Strong understanding of digital transformation, API ecosystems, and cloud-native architectures
Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar programs with cross-functional teams
Expertise in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA) and data governance
Hands on experience in Squad Management, Estimation Management, Resource Utilization Management
Preferred
Experience with Investment/Banking platforms
Passion for delivering intuitive, secure, and scalable digital experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities
