Project Coordinator
APCO Inc. is a control and automation consulting firm specializing in process control and optimization across various industries. They are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage project schedules, staffing, and resource commitments to ensure smooth project execution and effective coordination across internal groups.

Responsibilities
Configure and manage project scheduling and resource allocation in company ERP
Coordinate closely with project managers to ensure that schedules and workloads are up to date and accurately reflect current project conditions
Work with engineering teams to ensure progress towards project milestones is accurately tracked
Assist with resource planning and allocation
Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review
Support onboarding and training of team members on ERP and task management workflows
Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or system issues
Qualification
Preferred
Experience with project coordination or project controls
Strong proficiency using complex software packages
A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other computer tools as needed
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint would be beneficial, but is not required
