Required
4+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems in production, with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, reliability, and performance
Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Go, Java, Rust, Python) and the ability to choose the right tool for the job
Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and orchestration (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code)
A strong engineering ownership mindset — comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with high autonomy and fast iteration
Interest in building secure, enterprise-grade systems, with the ability to connect technical work to real customer and business impact
