Responsibilities
Operate and monitor equipment such as tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and valves
Follow batch sheets and process instructions to ensure correct mixing, heating, and transfer of product
Perform in-process quality checks including temperature, flow, and product characteristics
Prepare equipment for sanitation and conduct CIP cycles according to SOPs
Record all process data accurately in logs and production systems
Report deviations, alarms, or abnormal conditions to supervisors or maintenance
Assist in minor troubleshooting and line changeovers as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, food safety, and quality standards, including GMPs, PPE requirements, and hazard reporting
Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support departmental or company objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience in a beverage, dairy, or food processing environment preferred
Familiarity with pumps, valves, CIP systems, and process controls preferred
Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
Ability to read and follow SOPs and batch records
Mechanically inclined with attention to cleanliness and safety
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in cold, hot, or fast-paced production and warehouse environments
Willingness to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in a beverage, dairy, or food processing environment preferred
Familiarity with pumps, valves, CIP systems, and process controls preferred
