They are seeking an experienced Principal Operations Program Manager to support a newly formed team responsible for defining and executing the manufacturing network strategy for the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Accountable for successful execution of strategic manufacturing transition projects within allocated schedule & budget
Develop & execute against project IMS through collaboration with key stakeholders
Assess & integrate requirements for capital equipment, qualification processes, and training to ensure start-up success
Work closely with supply chain to ensure material plan is clear & achievable, and factory operations leadership to manage resource planning
Qualification
Required
Experience communicating complex concepts or ideas in a clear and concise manner to various levels of internal & external stakeholders
Detail oriented approach to assessing program health, risks & opportunities
Experience managing a budget
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems
Background in at least one of the following: manufacturing, operations, supply chain, planning, program management, process engineering
Experience leading teams and succeeding in a matrixed environment
Willingness to travel >50%, with expectation for high level of travel up front
Preferred
Experience with DoD & Aerospace Industries
Working knowledge of Oracle, Factory Logix, PowerBI, Mendix & advanced excel tools
PMP Certification
