Project Coordinator (Live Events)
Trinity Displays is seeking a Project Coordinator to help bring unforgettable live events to life. In this role, you will manage project schedules, coordinate with clients and vendors, and support logistics for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to execution.

Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, budgets, and client inventory
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Support logistics including travel, permits, shipping, and deliveries
Maintain relationships with UPS and freight vendors
Be on-site for event set-up, live operations, and tear-down
Track expenses and assist with post-event reporting
Help maintain an organized, professional office environment
Support management with additional projects as needed
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of coordination experience (live events preferred)
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; Netsuite or ERP/CRM experience a plus
Valid state-issued driver's license
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel (less than 10% in year one)
Ability to learn new processes and improve workflows
A collaborative, team-first mindset
