Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale global programs and cross-functional workstreams
Serve as the primary lead for an India-based workstream
Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery
Drive program execution, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Support transition of work to Global Capability Centers (GCC), when applicable
Ensure governance, reporting, and communication standards are maintained
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
Proven experience managing global programs and stakeholders
Strong background working with distributed and offshore teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience transitioning work to a Global Capability Center (GCC)
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification (plus)
Financial services experience (preferred, not required)
