Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks
Build and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and production support
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and standards

Required

12+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React / Angular / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
