Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from ECPs regarding:
Lens orders
Order status and tracking
Remakes
General customer service inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls regarding pending jobs
Maintain an average of approximately 8 calls per hour
Provide professional, courteous, and effective customer support across multiple channels when required
Qualification
Required
Reliable and customer-focused
Ability to interview within 24 hours
Ability to start within 10 business days (or sooner)
Handle inbound calls from ECPs regarding lens orders, order status and tracking, remakes, and general customer service inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls regarding pending jobs
Maintain an average of approximately 8 calls per hour
Provide professional, courteous, and effective customer support across multiple channels when required
Strong customer service background
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Intermediate PC skills, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Internet and mainstream web browsers
Ability to resolve customer issues on first contact
Strong English comprehension and grammar
Full attendance during training is required
Background check
Education and employment verification
OIG/GSA/OFAC exclusion screenings
Prepared to submit resume, internet speed verification, and pre-screen questionnaire
Preferred
Optical experience (opticians, optical front desk, or lab experience a plus)
ABO certification (opportunity to pursue certification post-hire for pay increase)
High School Diploma or equivalent
