Responsibilities
Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Analyze Quality of Earnings, working capital, net debt, and transaction-related risks
Manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and communication with clients and internal teams
Review and coach junior team members on analyses and reporting
Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams on integrated transaction engagements
Support practice growth through client relationships, proposals, and deal execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required for Manager-level candidates; CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred for Senior-level candidates
3-6+ years of public accounting, transaction advisory, or related experience
