Candidate should have Solid experience in Powershell and/or Python for orchestration, automation, testing, and ad-hoc data processing
Candidate should have experience in Workday and PeopleSoft also
Proven experience developing and optimizing data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL frameworks; comfortable starting with file-based (CSV) integrations and evolving toward more advanced patterns (APIs, event-driven)

Experience in Workday and PeopleSoft
