Administrative Manager/ Operations Support Manager
Equipment Management Services, LLC is seeking an Administrative Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's administrative functions. This role involves overseeing daily office activities, managing administrative staff, and implementing policies to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance and professional development
Develop, implement, and monitor office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate with various departments to support organizational initiatives and facilitate effective communication
Prepare and present regular reports on administrative activities, challenges, and improvements to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards related to administrative operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar leadership role
Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional projects effectively
Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and relevant software applications
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong reconciliation skills and inventory management
Efficient in core Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Co-pilot)
