Responsibilities
Lead and support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Smart Recruiter (ATS)
Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for business stakeholders, providing guidance on functional analysis, architecture, and system behavior
Build strong partnerships with HR and IT teams across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and operational requirements
Interpret business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications
Participate in or support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, mapping consistency, and data integrity
Collaborate with global teams to maintain system governance, standardization, and best practices
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, advisory services, and continuous improvement—going beyond traditional project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Strong understanding of HCM processes and SuccessFactors modules
Experience working with Smart Recruiter (ATS)
Experience within large, global organizations, supporting complex HR ecosystems
Strong understanding of the unique complexities of an HCM system supporting US and Canadian employees
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with data migration (strong asset)
