Ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks
Triaging incoming phone calls
Prioritizing, documenting, and resolving or escalating end user help requests on all corporate hardware and software
Maintain and log all support calls to the support center database application for call tracking and SLA requirements
Serve as operator in lieu of
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in general desktop experience with hardware and business applications such as word processing, databases, spreadsheets and operating systems preferred
Valid drivers license or equivalent
Personal computer, personal cell phone, personal high-speed internet
A basic understanding of computer technology and terms such as operating systems, hardware, office automation applications, peripheral installations (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)
Preferred
An A+ certification is preferred
