Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and align material availability with production schedules using ERP/MRP systems
Partner with suppliers to track orders, manage material requirements, and proactively resolve delivery issues
Analyze historical demand and production data to forecast future material needs and support planning decisions
Identify opportunities to reduce material, storage, and transportation costs while maintaining service levels
Drive continuous improvements in procurement, inventory accuracy, and material flow to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field — or 2–3 years of equivalent experience as a Materials Analyst (JIT experience strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QAD, along with inventory management tools
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
