Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for members, ensuring timely communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service at every touchpoint
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
Anticipate patient needs, preferences, and expectations, delivering an experience that feels personalized and effortless
Handle all interactions with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, maintaining complete confidentiality
Represent the Marquis MD brand through polished communication, appearance, and demeanor
Manage the daily scheduling of physicians and patient appointments to optimize flow and ensure same-day access for members
Track and coordinate lab work, imaging, and specialty referrals, confirming results are received and reviewed promptly
Support membership renewals, onboarding, and engagement efforts across all tiers
Maintain accurate and organized documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery
Serve as a trusted bridge between patients and providers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and empathy in every exchange
Proactively follow up on patient inquiries, test results, and treatment plans
Assist with patient education materials, care reminders, and personalized outreach
Escalate urgent concerns appropriately while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
Three or more years of experience in patient services, concierge medicine, private healthcare, or luxury service environments
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and poise under pressure
