Confidential Jobs is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR professional to manage and support full-cycle recruitment efforts as well as assist with various HR functions. The role includes maintaining HR documentation, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and promoting site safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and support full-cycle recruitment efforts using various recruitment tools
Assist with HR reporting, correspondence, and drafting employment-related letters
Act as a Notary for the company
Maintain training databases and prepare HR-related reports
File, organize, and maintain HR documentation and records
Participate in cross-functional committees as needed
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Promote and adhere to SHEQ site standards (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)
Qualification
Required
Manage and support full-cycle recruitment efforts using various recruitment tools
Assist with HR reporting, correspondence, and drafting employment-related letters
Act as a Notary for the company
Maintain training databases and prepare HR-related reports

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

1–2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Willingness to work overtime when business needs require
