Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of customer expectations and solution scope
Lead requirement definition and documentation efforts
Develop and manage:
Requirement Definition Document (RDD)
Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Scope / Solution Definition Document (SDD)
Define:
Key stakeholder impacts
Core features and functional expectations
Use cases and acceptance criteria
Manage requirement traceability, change control, and repository governance
Support validation and customer acceptance processes
Develop system-level architecture (physical, logical, service views)
Create dynamic designs including use cases and scenarios
Define subsystems and allocate requirements
Specify system interfaces
Develop call flows and feature-level design details
Evaluate alternative technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Solution Architect–level experience with Nokia Charging products: Surepay, NCC, SPS-C, RMS, SS7
Strong understanding of telecom charging architecture
Experience producing HLDs and customer-facing architecture documentation
Ability to fluently engage customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams
Experience following structured telecom project methodologies
