Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow components including forms, lists, UI actions, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
Build, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows supporting complex operational and technical requirements
Lead request management development efforts across multiple service domains
Develop and maintain JavaScript-based automation and backend logic
Plan and implement API integrations with external systems, coordinating with system owners to ensure secure and reliable connections
Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, improving governance, structure, and data accuracy
Configure and optimize Discovery to support accurate asset and configuration tracking
Support Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) best practices
Collaborate closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance
6+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong ServiceNow development experience in DoD, federal, or large enterprise environments
Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
Experience developing workflows, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules
Experience with API integrations and cross-system coordination
Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, SAM, and HAM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite daily in a secure facility
Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Advanced experience with SAM and HAM
Deep expertise in workflow optimization and troubleshooting
Proven success improving CMDB governance and data structure
Strong Discovery implementation and tuning experience
Experience supporting high-volume request management environments
