QA/QC and safety that can’t be compromised
Commissioning, OFCI equipment, and vendor coordination
Design integration, AHJ approvals, and project closeout
You’ll be the person in the room who sees issues before they become problems
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years in mission critical construction or design
Data center / semiconductor / lab / critical facility experience
Strong schedule, cost, and field leadership experience
Confidence running OAC meetings and managing CMs and vendors
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Preferred
PMP / CCM / PE (nice to have)
