Responsibilities
Serve as the interface between the new-unit business and the functions within the product line (Sales & Operations Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain
Develop product configuration requirements in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams
Monitor and manage the flow-down of customer and project requirements across all relevant internal teams
Lead the launch and delivery of each new unit gas turbines and additional scopes in-line with the overall project
Oversee all external communication regarding delivery commitments and updates and all external customer visits to the plant. Additionally, develop and issue the semi-annual product intercompany price list
Consolidate and report cost-out initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce product costs
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Project Management, supply chain management, bid support, and product configuration
Strong skills in managing the flow-down of customer and project requirements
Proven ability to program manage the launch and delivery of new unit gas turbines and additional scopes
Experience with Enterprise tools such as SAP and PLM
Excellent communication skills to manage internal/external communication and customer visits
Strong financial management skills to develop and issue product intercompany price lists and report cost-out initiatives
A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for ensuring seamless product delivery and financial alignment
Fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues
