Application/ System Administrator

Responsibilities
Manage the existing application and systems side support & licensing management
Manage day-to-day system administrative activities
Ensure the smooth delivery of support and maintenance tasks for existing systems and applications
Analyze support tickets, gather requirements for fixes/enhancements, and ensure solutions are up and running for business needs
Qualification
Required
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
Experience in managing windows servers and service accounts
Experience in troubleshooting and installing the relevant components
Experience in installing/supporting Vendor applications on servers and client machines
Experience in performing deployments of software on servers and client machines
Experience in managing license server for multiple applications
Experience in sql scripting to troubleshoot database issues
Experience In Troubleshooting Abilities On Client/server/databases
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise
