Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management (The Partner)
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders. You are the owner and point of contact for project updates, blockers, and success metrics
Business Reviews (QBRs): Prepare and lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with clients. Present performance data, burn rates, quality metrics, and strategic insights
Growth & Intake: Proactively consult with clients on upcoming needs. Guide them through new Project Intakes, ensuring we capture the right scope to expand our footprint within the account
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
4-6+ years of experience
A blend of Operations/Delivery AND Account Management/Client Success
Proven experience running Business Reviews (QBRs) or client presentations
Experience handling Escalations for enterprise clients
Experience managing contingent workforce, BPO teams, or gig-economy projects
Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills
Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns
High level of focus and attention to detail
