Senior LevelTalent Groups is seeking a hands-on Endpoint Modernization Consultant to lead and execute their transition to a fully Microsoft Entra–joined, Intune-managed environment. This role involves a significant amount of hands-on delivery and advisory work, focusing on modernizing endpoint management strategies and mentoring internal teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute the migration from hybrid Entra joined devices to cloud-native Entra joined devices
Design and implement Windows Autopilot provisioning and enrollment strategies
Package, migrate, and deploy applications from SCCM to Intune (Win32 apps)
Support and advise on SCCM co-management and transition planning
Migrate Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to Intune Configuration Profiles
Identify and mitigate common pitfalls in endpoint modernization initiatives
Develop clear technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment standards
Mentor and upskill internal IT engineers , ensuring long-term success post-engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale migrations from hybrid-joined to Entra joined devices using Intune and Autopilot
Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune
Deep, hands-on expertise with Windows Autopilot
Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID
Strong experience with Win32 application packaging and deployment in Intune
Working knowledge of SCCM / Configuration Manager and co-management models
Experience migrating Group Policies to Intune Configuration Profiles
Ability to effectively train, mentor, and transfer knowledge to internal IT teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred
PowerShell scripting experience, including PSADT
