Responsibilities
Lead the counting, cataloging, and moving of lab inventory; analyze orders using Excel to ensure seamless transitions
Assist in the decommissioning of laboratory spaces at the Waltham facility to prepare for the move to Cambridge
Manage glass washing services, organize cold storage (freezers/cryo units), and maintain common lab areas
Coordinate equipment tagging and maintenance requests; submit facility work orders to ensure a safe, productive environment
Act as the primary point of contact for scientists to resolve day-to-day operational inquiries
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1–2 years in a lab setting (academic lab work is acceptable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Provide your own Steel/Composite Toe safety shoes
High-level customer service skills
A 'can-do' demeanor
Covid-19 vaccination is required per site protocol
Preferred
BA/BS in a Scientific field
