Mid LevelBaron NDT provides professional non-destructive testing services for the aviation industry using modern inspection methods. The Aviation NDT Technician will perform aircraft inspections, identify defects, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities
Performing aircraft inspections using MT, PT, UT, and ET. RT/IRT is a plus
Identifying defects, damage, and corrosion in aircraft components
Completing accurate inspection reports and documentation
Following all safety and quality procedures
Working directly with customers in a professional manner
Representing Baron NDT positively at customer sites
Working as part of a team to meet job schedules and customer needs
Qualification
Required
ASNT Level II certifications in Magnetic Particle (MT)
ASNT Level II certifications in Liquid Penetrant (PT)
ASNT Level II certifications in Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
ASNT Level II certifications in Eddy Current (ET)
Radiographic Testing (RT) certification is a plus
Aviation NDT experience required
Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing and able to travel frequently, including overnight and short-notice trips
Good attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset
