Lead, coach, and support outreach teams across multiple hospice locations

Build strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, senior living, and physician partners

Drive growth strategies tailored to Baton Rouge and Houston markets

Monitor KPIs and guide team performance

Partner closely with clinical/ops to deliver a strong referral experience

Represent Amedisys at community and professional events

Qualification

Required

Five years of sales experience

Two years of home health or hospice sales experience

One year of supervisory experience within the healthcare industry

Recent experience at a regional/area leadership level in hospice or home health

Familiarity with Baton Rouge or Houston referral networks

Experience launching or scaling new markets

Data-driven coaching style

Leaders with multi-site hospice or home-health outreach/sales experience

Those who have held roles such as: Regional Director of Sales, Area Vice President of Sales, Regional VP of Sales, Multi-site hospice/home-health growth leader

People with established referral relationships in Baton Rouge or Houston
