Responsibilities
Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, service catalog items, approvals, and integrations
Develop and operate Ansible playbooks, roles, and Tower/AWX workflows for provisioning, patching, and configuration management
Automate SharePoint document lifecycle, approvals, and knowledge repositories using Power Automate and APIs
Convert manual operational tasks into reliable, auditable automation
Partner with infrastructure teams (network, storage, virtualization, security) to deliver automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years in infrastructure, operations, or automation engineering
Strong experience with ServiceNow (Workflows/Flow Designer, CMDB, integrations)
Strong Ansible experience (roles, playbooks, Tower/AWX, Vault)
SharePoint Online and Power Automate automation experience
Scripting with Python and/or PowerShell
Solid foundations in Linux/Windows, networking, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure
Experience with Git, change management, and enterprise IT processes
ServiceNow Automation: 3 years (Required)
Ansible Automation: 4 years (Required)
IAC: 4 years (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred
ServiceNow or Ansible certifications
Terraform, CI/CD tools, or additional automation frameworks
Monitoring, backup, or compliance automation experience
